Come for the lake, stay for the wedding! Our charming, rustic cabins provide the perfect retreat for wedding guests attending events at C&C by the Lake. Nestled along the serene shores of our picturesque 46-acre lake just outside Cabot, Arkansas, these cabins offer a tranquil and memorable stay.

Each cabin is thoughtfully equipped with a cozy queen-sized bed, a comfortable living room area featuring a television, a convenient kitchenette complete with a stove-top range and microwave, and a quaint dining area. Whether you're here to celebrate love or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings, our cabins are designed to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

While we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, please note that our cabins do not currently have Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Rental Agreement for Cabin Rentals

Cancellation Policy: The Host’s cancellation policy is as follows:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Guests are encouraged to confirm their plans before booking.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must receive written approval from the Host for any adjustments to these times.

Maximum Occupancy:

• The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is 4 persons, as stated in the booking confirmation.
• Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the Host and may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the rental agreement.

House Rules: Guests must comply with all house rules, including but not limited to:

• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events without prior approval from the Host.
• No loud music or noise after 10:30 PM.
• Be respectful of weddings and events taking place on the property.
• Do not remove any furnishings or items from the cabin in which you are renting.

Maintenance and Damage:

• Guests must report any damage or maintenance issues to the Host immediately.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed directly to the Guest.

Liability:

• The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property or its facilities.
• The Host is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. Guests are advised to secure their belongings appropriately.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees.

Acknowledgment: By confirming the booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Rental Agreement.
