Rental Agreement for Cabin Rentals

Cancellation Policy: The Host’s cancellation policy is as follows:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Guests are encouraged to confirm their plans before booking.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must receive written approval from the Host for any adjustments to these times.

Maximum Occupancy:

• The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is 12 persons, as stated in the booking confirmation.
• Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the Host and may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the rental agreement.

House Rules: Guests must comply with all house rules, including but not limited to:

• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events without prior approval from the Host.
• No loud music or noise after 10:30 PM.
• Be respectful of weddings and events taking place on the property.
• Do not remove any furnishings or items from the cabin in which you are renting.

Maintenance and Damage:

• Guests must report any damage or maintenance issues to the Host immediately.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed directly to the Guest.

Liability:

• The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property or its facilities.
• The Host is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. Guests are advised to secure their belongings appropriately.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees.

Acknowledgment: By confirming the booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Rental Agreement.
